Majik, magic, Mhaijik !! 4 new Elemental Bracelets

I had made a single bracelet with all 4 elements, Earth, Air, Fire and Water which lots of people like.  I was asked to make them in single elements, so I have =D

For your enjoyment and majik – Here are Earth, Water, Fyre and Air.  Each element is housed in a blackened steel cube. As you peer within you will see either flickering flames, shifting earth scences or softly swirling air or water.

Jewelry Expo is over. Sad to say this year was a total bust for me. Often I popped in to the sim to only see 9 or 10 people there. Last year the sim was packed full. Not sure what the cause – perhaps it is this horrid first life economy.

I am in the middle of adding to my Steampunk line of jewelry for Men. The first collection is available now in one of my shops. This weekend I will roll it out to all of my shops!

Remember – if you can not afford to buy that new outfit, a new piece of jewelry will spark it up and make it all seem new!

I just found a new game on the 2nd and majikally it was the day they opened up Open Beta!  It is Free!  I love it.  I am level 13  rofl after 2 days of great fun.  I am Chadeaux there on the PVE server so anyone who wants to try and hook up please come find me.  They have mail there – so mail me or pm me if I am online. Someone dragged up an old post over on the SL forums – I had contributed.  So for those who wonder how I became a vamp in SL – here you go – Enjoy!

I too started out in SL with a beautiful tan. I used to frequent the beach and hang out with Dreams and that sun loving group *winks*
One eve I was out exploring and found a brand new Isle – all barren and rocky, dark black and red flowing stone…. a crowd had gathered, there was enchanting dark music, laughing, and interesting shadowy people.
I went down and began to mingle, a stirring incense was in the air…
Someone took my hand, pulling me close…
my story –>*** skin as cream so tender.
fingertips whisper slowly,
startled I cried and tried to run,
but swift is nights companion.
Cimmerian part of evening,
one’s horror, reality, he stalked and struck, now tastes tender life .
“I will press my lips gently to your neck , a kiss.,
so that I may feel the moonmagic course,
through your veins. .as well., as taste.” he whispered
a velvet crimson play, lost to midnight’s lover.
what was once , is no more,
different fires now kindling,
orange and gold, silver night jewels still shine.
moon the orblike wonder,
pale golden blanket shines.
nights majik slowly calming,
I slept softly then a sister in the night.
soft scent of warm night calls.
breath of ice and teeth as razor,
another future falls.
soft cream skin glows in the starlight,
to touch upon the breeze….
enrobed in night now, burning crimson passion.
eyes a different light, she rises,
looking round sees the circle.
friends of secrets, passion in the darqueness,
crimson red and violet.
charcoal black and shadow,
royal purple silver grey.
blood red wine, Bordeaux and Cabernet,
sip gently then the edge of horror.
whisper softly in the night,
crisp, sharp, contrast,
we be gone as sun awakes the light.

Found Objects Now at Guillaume pour homme

A dear friend once told me my creations reminded him of a fable he had heard long ago. Majikal crafts people had made 3 breathtaking dresses for a princess… It is the poetic description of these dresses that also reminded me of my RL sculptures and art. I think this was also in my subconscious in my decision to move my jewelry workshop to Costa Rica sims. Now I have a peaceful retreat on the beach and my workshop in the sky.

In the sun and sand the creative images of the fable come to me and inspired me to make this latest collection of Men’s bracelets.

To find objects the colour of the moon, or as bright and shining as the sun, beautiful, radiant and dazzling. A blue the colour of the sky, the most beautiful blue of heaven.

In my RL I love ‘found objects’ , bits of glass, beads, twists of metal. I often see small things of interest when walking along a pebbled path, bending down to pick them up, pocketing for use later on in a sculpture or some creation. Creating interplay between light, glass, and metals. They resonate with my whims and moods.

For my SL Found Objects collection I have spent many hours finding and making my textures. I took my glass bottle collection from their niches, outside to be ‘shot’ in the sun. Pictures captured and squared up into pixels then uploaded. Many more hours were spent playing with small sculpty shapes and texture colours, assembling an assortment to pick and choose from as in RL I would to make my creations. Hours playing with the shapes and colours ‘in the sand’ to find harmonious happy combinations. Move this, tweak this, stretch this, place here, step back…. I chose leather, cord and soft rope to hold these small wearable sculptures, turning them into unique and imaginative bracelets. The permissions set to Mod allow them to be stretched into an ankle bracelet or even to wear as a collar type necklace. As always permission is set to Transfer to allow easy gifting.
